Welcome to AGC Player! By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Use of Our App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
• License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not use our App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not use our App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
• No Tolerance for Objectionable Content: We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Any violation of this policy may result in temporary or permanent suspension of account access.
• Responsibility of Content: Users are responsible for the content they produce and share on the app and must comply with local laws and regulations.
• User Responsibilities: Users must agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

User-Generated Content

• Ownership: You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you post to our App.
• License to Us: By posting content to our App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties the content.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

Community Guidelines

• Respect Others: Be respectful of others in the community. Do not engage in any harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior.
• Report Abuse: If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, please use the reporting mechanisms provided in the App.

Subscriptions

• Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a regular basis, typically monthly or yearly.
• At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through the Subscriptions section of the App Store, or by contacting Apple. AGC Player is not able to view or make adjustments to subscriptions set up through the App Store.
• All amounts paid are non-refundable. You further agree to be responsible for all taxes associated with the Service, along with any transaction fees and currency conversions added by your financial institution and intermediaries. All amounts are in US Dollars.

Fee Changes

• AGC Player, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
• AGC Player will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
• Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Disclaimers

Our App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by posting the updated Terms on our App and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
